背景除去がうまくいきません

家具以外の余白（床・壁・背景）が多いと精度が下がることがあります。トリム機能で家具だけが写るようにクロップしてから試してください。

合成した写真を保存できません

設定アプリ →「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「写真」→「家具プレビュー」で、アクセスが許可されているか確認してください。

購入の復元ができません

ペイウォール画面下部の「購入を復元」ボタンをタップしてください。同じApple IDでご購入の場合、無料で復元できます。

対応機種・OSは？

iOS 18以降を搭載したiPhoneおよびiPadに対応しています。

Background removal isn't working well

Too much empty space (floor, wall, background) around the furniture can reduce accuracy. Use the Trim feature to crop the image so only the furniture is visible, then try again.

I can't save the composite photo

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Furniture Preview and make sure access is allowed.

How do I restore my purchase?

Tap the "Restore Purchase" button at the bottom of the paywall screen. If you purchased with the same Apple ID, it will be restored for free.

What devices and OS versions are supported?

Furniture Preview requires iOS 18 or later on iPhone or iPad.
